At La Trobe we’re always happy to hear your feedback, compliments and suggestions on everything from your classes to your coffee and we’ve made it as easy as possible for you to provide these.
Our easy-to-use feedback button allows you to get in touch with us quickly and provide your thoughts to the University, it’s available to all La Trobe Customers (students, staff, community, partners and visitors to La Trobe) . When we receive feedback we will respond to you quickly and resolve your issues as soon as possible – we have a great track record getting improvements for our students. As a result of student feedback we have reduced queues in peak periods from hours to minutes and introduced more PC’s and customer facing technologies.
When we receive a suggestion we pass it on to the relevant team in the Uni for their consideration and action, and when we receive a compliment we reward the nominated students and staff with Customer Service Excellence awards. Since we introduced the Feedback button the Uni has recognised over 1,200 students and staff, at a monthly recognition event for the nominators and recipients, awarded by the University’s senior staff.
