Ready to allocate your Semester 1 timetable? Allocation Adjustment mode opens Thursday 13 and Friday 14 February

Timetable adjustment opening times are staggered across two days and are split up according to the school that delivers each subject. This means your subjects may open at different times over the two days.

Login to Allocate+ at the times listed below to see each subject’s allocations. You may adjust your allocated times if space in a subject is available.

Subjects from the following schools will open at:

School of  Humanities and Social Sciences
School of Education
3pm, Thursday 13 February
La Trobe Business School
La Trobe Law School
11am, Friday 14 February

Troubleshooting – take note of these handy hints

  1. Make sure you’re using Firefox or Chrome – do not use Internet Explorer
  2. Double check you’ve logged into 2020 Allocate+ – not a previous year’s system
  3. You may receive a timeout error after 30 seconds during peak periods, click ‘ok’ on the error message and try again
  4. The earlier you log in during your school’s staggered subject allocation adjustment period, the greater your chance of getting your desired timetable for each subject
  5. As other students modify their timetable and enrolment, new spaces may become available
